Company Welding Training
Qualify your employees and renew certificates – at our premises or as on-site training at your company.
We make your employees strong – with our company training courses! Well-trained specialists work more efficiently, make fewer mistakes and contribute new ideas.
We have been successfully running employee and company training courses for many years. Every employee receives an individual training plan with clear goals. Our trainer Dogan Sener and practical instructor Hüseyin Yazici support participants throughout the entire course.
We provide training in the following processes (material groups FM1 to FM5, on plate or pipe):
- Oxy-fuel gas welding (gas process 311)
- Metal active gas welding (MAG processes 135 and 136)
- Metal inert gas welding (MIG process 131)
- Manual arc welding (MMA process 111)
- TIG (142) without filler metal
A combination of different welding processes is also possible. Whatever you need – we make it happen!
General information
In-house qualification (at our premises)
- Goal-setting meeting, practical skills test and an individual offer.
- TÜV Rheinland conducts examinations at our premises every 2 weeks.
- Comprehensive support for the theoretical and practical examination.
On-site training at your company
- Cost savings from a certain number of participants – no travel or accommodation costs.
- Time savings: no travelling, routines stay intact.
- Preferred dates possible – adapted to your work processes.

- Funding for employee training is possible, e.g. via a Bildungsscheck (training cheque).
