People in need of care with dementia-related changes, mental illnesses or intellectual disabilities within the meaning of Sections 43b and 53c SGB XI generally have a significant need for general supervision and support.
As a care assistant, you support these people in their everyday activities, go for walks with them, accompany them on outings and take on tasks such as cooking.

- Knowledge of the German language
- Health-related and personal suitability
- No previous training required
- Lower secondary school certificate (10a/9) + completed 2-year vocational training or similar education
- Enjoy working with people
