PlanB is 10 years old! We want to celebrate this with you! In addition to an anniversary party, we have also put together a 4-part birthday blog for you!

Because ten years of PlanB - for us, that doesn't just mean a growing number of participants or the successful introduction of new measures, but also humanity and closeness.

Back to the beginning

Founding PlanB was more than just a step for us - it was a matter of the heart! Our goal was to give everyone the right to education and to accompany them on their journey. Because we firmly believe that education is the key to a better future. However, we are not only concerned with teaching job-related content. Rather, we place each individual participant at the center of everything we do. We want to create a space in which they feel comfortable, safe and understood.
For us, trust and appreciation are at the heart of successful training. They create an atmosphere in which everyone can grow and develop their full potential.

A sympathetic ear

We want to give people a sense of self-worth, because the road to success can be rocky and challenging. Many of our participants have had bad experiences in working life and dealing with the authorities. Some of them are afraid of failing the exams and getting a job due to language barriers or their older age.

We want to take away these fears and support everyone during their training so that they have the chance to successfully pass their exams again. We take the time to do this. We don't have fixed office hours; anyone can come to us and ask for a consultation. We are there to listen and help. In addition to individual advice, we also offer career-oriented language support. And, if necessary, we teach effective learning methods to provide a solid foundation for a successful vocational qualification.

Be flexible - stay flexible

We are adaptable and react quickly to the latest regulations in the training landscape. These requirements from the funding bodies are very different today than they were ten years ago. In times of change, we have always believed in our own PlanB and have broken new ground.

We create trust - and leave an impression

Over the years, the positive feedback from our customers has spread far and wide. The students' trust in us is so great that we have now been able to recruit former participants as instructors for our specialist and nursing classes.
Our 100% placement rate has led to many years of cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency, the job center and other partners.

Our recipe for success? The belief and positive feedback from our students in us and our work. This also creates trust in the funding bodies and other partners.
