PlanB is 10 years old! We want to celebrate this with you! In addition to an anniversary party, we have also organised a 4-part birthday blog for you!

Let us look back together on A decade full of success stories of people who have travelled their career path with us. Because for us, ten years of PlanB doesn't just mean a growing number of participants or the successful introduction of new measures, but also humanity and closeness.

Back to the beginning

The foundation of PlanB was more than just a step for us - it was a An affair of the heart! Our aim was to give everyone the right to education and to accompany them on their journey. Because we firmly believe that education is the key to a better future. However, we are not only concerned with teaching vocational content. Rather, we place each individual participant at the centre of everything we do. We want to create a space in which they feel comfortable, safe and understood.
Because for us, trust and appreciation are at the heart of successful training. They create an atmosphere in which everyone can grow and realise their full potential.

A sympathetic ear

We want to give people a sense of self-worth, because the road to success can be rocky and challenging. Many of our participants have had bad experiences in working life and dealing with the authorities. Some of them are afraid of failing the exams and getting a job due to language barriers or their older age.

We want to allay their fears and support everyone during their training so that they have the chance to pass their exams again. We make time for this. We don't have fixed consultation hours; anyone can come to us and ask for a chat. We are there to listen and help. In addition to individual counselling, we also offer career-oriented language support. And, if necessary, we teach effective learning methods to provide a solid foundation for a successful vocational qualification.

Be flexible - stay flexible

We are adaptable and react quickly to the latest regulations in the training landscape. These requirements from the funding organisations are very different today than they were ten years ago. In times of change, we have always believed in our own PlanB and have broken new ground.

We create trust - and leave an impression

Over the years, the positive feedback of our customers. The students' trust in us is so great that we have now been able to recruit former participants as lecturers for our specialist and nursing classes.
Over the years, our 100% placement rate has led to many years of cooperation with the employment agency, the job centre and other partners.

Our recipe for success? The belief and positive feedback from our pupils in us and our work. This also creates trust in the funding organisations and other partners.
